This machine is suitable for larger commercial operations such as large juice bars or central (cold pressed) juice factories that wish to produce high volumes of cold pressed juice. Also small industrial setups and bottling plants that wish to prepare large volumes of cold pressed juice are ideal for the Cold Press No.1.
The Cold Press No.1 is suitable for all fruits, vegetables and nuts and produces up to 100L per hour of cold pressed juice, depending on the type and quality of input. The machine comes with a separate shredder that is used to shred the produce so that the highest possible yield can be generated when pressing. Once the produce has been shredded it goes into the bag that is placed between the pressing plates. Subsequently the machine is activated and the produce is squeezed under high pressure resulting in juice to flow into the stainless steel bucket, from which is decanted or moved to the next production process.
