The Zumex Speed UP and All in One is the perfect machine for high volume establishments such as supermarkets, production canteens, juice factories and large hotel buffets. The Zumex Speed Up All-in-One comes with a movable podium that holds 2 x 75L waste bins into which the peels are disposed. At 40 fruits per minute this machine produces up to 2.5L per minute and can be fitted with 3 different sizes kits (S/M/L) to allow for citrus ranging from 54mm – 97mm.
