The Zumex Speed S +Plus and All in One is the perfect machine for high volume establishments such as supermarkets, production canteens, juice factories and large hotel buffets. The Zumex Speed S +Plus All-in-One comes with a movable podium that holds 2 x 75L waste bins into which the peels are disposed. At 40 fruits per minute this machine produces up to 2.5L per minute and can be fitted with 3 different sizes kits (S/M/L) to allow for citrus ranging from 54mm – 97mm.
The Speed S Plus differs from the Zumex Speed UP range in that
it is specially adapted to a supermarket environment and includes a Stainless Steel Faucet, 1-Step Kit juice kit for easy change over between kit sizes and has an integrated cleaning mechanism under the feeder basket.
