The Zumex Mastery combines functionality and design into a very powerful and good looking hydraulic cold press. The Mastery comes with an integrated shredder which has various shredding disc suitable for a variety of ingredients which results in optimal yields. The shredded material goes direct into the Mastery’s pressing bags, ready for juicing! The digital operating panel can be pre-loaded with recipes that require various pressure levels and times. The pressing plates provide up to 11 tons of pressure and juice is released into the juice container for further processing.
