Zumex Industrial developed the PJE for medium to large scale industrial citrus producers. The PJE is specifically designed to separate the bagasse juice, peel and essential oil emulsion to reduce the oil levels and hesperidin in juice. This modular system is offered separately or on a turnkey basis.


Volumes starting from 500 fruits / 250 liters per mintue depending on the variety.
